Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the applicable payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping charges, if any. We do not store your payment card details.

3. Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or supplier updates.

HypeBasket does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the website are error-free, complete, or current.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order does not constitute acceptance of the order by HypeBasket. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

We may cancel an order and issue a refund if payment has already been processed. Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped by contacting us at hypebasket.customer@gmail.com.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, and external factors beyond our control.

Delays caused by logistics providers, customs, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances shall not be held against HypeBasket.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded. Eligibility depends on product type, condition, and the reason for return.
